The Warden

CANADIAN IPA
6% ABV | STRONG BEER

Fearless, bold and spirited. Bill Peyto, first warden of the Canadian Rockies, stood tall as trees. This Canadian IPA is rooted in a subtle pine foundation echoing the rugged terrain that shaped his legacy. Soft citrus hops and floral-spice.

DARREN ANDERSON

OUR BREWMASTER
Darren began homebrewing in 2015 after backpacking through Europe, where he sampled a myriad of classic worldly beers. This experience ignited his passion for brewing and made him realize the extensive knowledge required to craft quality beer. The "craft" of craft brewing is a harmonious blend of art and science, necessitating a solid grasp of physics, biochemistry, and a deep appreciation for the unique flavors each ingredient contributes. Darren's background as a red-seal chef has been instrumental in helping him understand the intricate beauty of well-made beer. Aware of life's challenges, he believes that enjoying a great beer at the end of a tough day can transform one's mindset.

Good times and great beer flow freely in our brewpub. Located inside The Bell In Scona brewery in Edmonton, our spacious brewpub is designed for socializing. Sip on your favourite craft beer, or get the full experience and sample them all with a flight. We have redefined the standard for brewpub food with our elevated menu. By supporting local farmers, we highlight the rich flavours Alberta has to offer.
